Job Description

  • Ensure dispatches of the orders and supervise the deliveries in a timely manner all over India & International
  • Ensure pick-ups within TAT of 24-48 hours and keep customers informed via SMS
  • To supervise incoming samples and keep the sales POC and lab informed about the sensitive samples.
  • Resolve any escalations promptly coordinating with SPOC
